A Brief HistoryJune 2002 - Idea was born
July 2002 - Truck purchased at a junkyard
September 2004 - Truck rebuild complete
October 2004 - Truck licensed,
serves its first meal (24th), and continues 4 times per week
September 2007 - Truck enhancements
February 2008 -
Change to all volunteer work force and reduce to 3 times per week
April 2008 - Prep area moved to St. Paul Evangelistic
Association warehouse
April 2008 - 150,000 lunches served
